Shipping Information: All U.S. shipments will be made via insured US Priority Mail for a flat rate of $8.00, no matter the size of the order. Orders will be filled within two weeks unless we contact you otherwise. We will confirm shipping date via e-mail.

Uniqueness: Due to the nature of some of the materials used, there may be variation in the color, exact size and shape of the stones and findings in our pieces. This means that every piece is unique— like each of us. Every effort will be made to match the designs in our photos as closely as possible; however, your order may differ slightly. Be assured that Hollywood Rose Jewelry considers each piece carefully and chooses only the best available components for every order.

Jewelry Care: Hollywood Rose Jewelry is handmade with care and should be treated with care. Store any pieces containing sterling silver elements in plastic bags or airtight containers to avoid tarnishing. Crystals, pearls, semi-precious and precious stones should be wiped off gently with a soft cloth. If needed, a damp cloth may be used to clean. Do not use harsh cleansers. Do not wear our jewelry in water.

Return Policy: All sales are final. An exchange may be made for equal value. There are no exchanges after 30 days. If a piece breaks or is damaged due to our workmanship, we will repair or replace it for free if you contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
